690C is a solvent cement designed specifically for use in joining PVC to CPVC pipe and fittings with interference fit thru 6 in Dia SCH 40/STD and 4 in Dia SCH 80/XH. The color of the cement appears to have a slight amber tint while in the can, however is clear when it dries. 690C meets 'LOW-VOC' requirements, as outlined by SCAQMD 1168/316A.
